This is a great place for a cozy, peaceful stay. The cottage is comfortable, bright, and even better than the photos. The location is convenient to hiking, wineries, groceries, etc.; but the property is away from town and very tranquil - we ended our day on the deck, looking at the stars, with the creek running and crickets chirping in the background. Extremely easy check-in; very responsive hosts who live on the property but were very respectful of our privacy; clean; well-stocked kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster oven, tea kettle); comfortable bed; ample towels and blankets. Highly recommend, and we’d gladly visit again.

This cottage is so perfect! We were in town for a wedding which was a 3 minute drive down the road. This would be a perfect place for a wedding party to get ready in as it’s right next to all the wineries in town. They did such a good job in the decor - that farmhouse chic look. Everything was clean and comfortable. They have a full gorgeous white kitchen with all the appliances you’d need. They offered coffee and a nice bottle of wine! Thank you! Our friends are staying at a wedding down the road soon and asked me for the details of this cottage as they want to stay here next! It’s a local cottage secret gem them this place. Thank you!

Beautiful Space in an Excellent Location! VRBO Guest

My wife and I stayed here on our wedding weekend which was nearby at Kirigin Cellars. In short, our stay was perfect. The cottage is spacious, incredibly clean, wonderfully decorated, and super comfortable. Situated nearby a creek, there's beautiful oak trees all around the home and the pleasant sound of the flowing creek (though it's inaudible with the doors and windows closed). We had a super brief issue with the wifi but Sam and Denise were quick, responsive, and everything was back up and running in short order. We ran into Sam, incredibly nice guy, the next morning on our way out and he just wanted to make sure everything was going great. All in all, couldn't be happier with our stay and we would absolutely stay here again!

Five stars all the way. What a joy to sit on back deck and listen to the rushing Uvas Creek. Well-appointed throughout the cottage with all the extras. But my stay wasn't long enough! I want to go back for sure...hopefully for a week! Outstanding accommodation.

Peaceful Weekend Away! VRBO Guest

My husband and I stayed at this cottage for a long weekend. It was just as the pictures show, but even better. The place is immaculate and had beautiful decor. The vaulted wood ceilings are stunning. Very peaceful location. We sat out on the deck one evening, lit the fire pit and enjoyed the creek below. Denise was very responsive to any questions I had. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Secluded Getaway! VRBO Guest

Had a great time in Northern California. The house is fairly centralized. We traveled to San Francisco, Monterey, Santa Crouz, Big Sur andafew other stops in between. The house was clean and well maintained. Very secluded and lots of privacy. Beautiful creek below the house and very quiet. Felt like home. Highly recommend!

It was extremely nice how secluded the cottage was! Had a nice mountain cabin feel but inside everything was updated and perfect. Got quite a laugh at all the turkeys running around also!

I feel grateful to have had the good fortune to stay at Cottage Creek Vineyards. What a truly special, serene cottage it is, both inside and out. I stayed at the cottage to give myself a retreat from the busy world and it was perfect. I loved sitting on the back deck and listening to the creek while beautiful birds of all kinds, but especially hawks, circled around overhead. Wild turkey and deer hung out nearby, too. When it came time to practice yoga, read, and write, the back deck also provided the ideal location (it's amazing!). Inside the home is wonderful, too, so if it rains do NOT worry. Inside is adorable and spotless. The kitchen is gorgeous, the living room calm and cozy, and the bedroom simply dreamy! High ceilings. Nice linens. Thick towels. A bottle of wine upon arrival. I can't say enough about this special spot, and I thank Sam and Denise for being such gracious hosts. It would be an honour to return very soon.

I was recently in Morgan Hill from Palm Springs to attend a grandson's high school graduation. Since many relatives and friends would be in town I opted to find my own accommodations. The usual chain hotels along the freeway where I have stayed before were always sterile and boring so I opted for something more interesting. On searching the web I came across the Cottage Creek Vineyards hosted by Sam and Denise. What a delightful place to stay...the beautiful cottage along a bubbling creek, breezes rustling the oaks off the back deck and the warm temperatures, but not too hot, all made for a perfect few days. The cottage had a well-equipped kitchen suited for my morning juice and coffee to making a gourmet dinner if desired. it was a delightful place to enjoy a relaxing early sunrise and then a midnight retreat after a busy day with the graduate and family/friends! It was too short a visit but it got my grandson graduated...my main mission for this trip. I certainly will stay again for my next visit with family in Morgan Hill and will have to check out the the progress of the newly planted grape vines and the construction of the pool behind Sam and Denise's new family home. To Sam and Denise, thank you for providing your guests with such an accommodating, well maintained and beautiful setting...it certainly was the perfect "Home Away from Home"!!! Rob

Perfect Getaway in Morgan Hill Wine Country! VRBO Guest

Beautiful little cottage, well appointed, with a view of the stream and wild turkeys roaming in the backyard. Excellent wineries within 2 minutes of the properties. I would certainly visit again.
